Simple rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, hypertrophic rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, sinusitis, epistaxis, nasal polyps, olfactory dysfunction; chronic conjunctivitis, eye string ulcer, acute conjunctivitis, tearing in the wind, dacryocystitis; common cold, headache, nasal congestion; facial palsy, head and facial boils.
In the facial area, at the junction of the nasal alar cartilage and the nasal concha, near the upper end of the nasolabial groove. (This acupoint is a pair, one on each side)
Sit or lie down straight. Follow the nasolabial groove on the side of the nose upwards, and there will be a depression at the upper end, which is where the acupoint is located.
