Acupoint Location

Located on the dorsal side of the hand, in the central part of the cleft between the five fingers, from the thumb to the little finger, they are called "Great Pool acupoint," "Top Pool acupoint," "Middle Pool acupoint," and "Bottom Pool acupoint" respectively. There are four acupoints on each side, totaling eight acupoints on both sides.

Acupoint Selection Techniques

Extend the arm with the palm facing down. On the back of the hand, at the front of the metacarpophalangeal joint, the end of the crease between the 1st and 5th fingers behind the junction line of the palm and the back of the hand (that is, at the junction of the red and white skin), these are where the acupoints are located, with a total of 8 on both the left and right sides.
