Acute lumbar sprain, lumbar muscle strain, red and swollen pain on the back of the hand, wrist arthritis, phlegm congestion and shortness of breath, acute convulsions in children, chronic convulsions in children.
On the back of the hand, at the midpoint between the wrist crease and the metacarpophalangeal joint, between the second and third metacarpals and the fourth and fifth metacarpals, there are four acupoints in total for both hands.
Lift the arm and face the palm down. One acupoint is located between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpals at the midpoint of the metacarpal length; the other acupoint is between the 4th and 5th metacarpals at the midpoint of the metacarpal length, with a noticeable sour and swollen sensation when pressed firmly.
