In the inner side of the thigh, 3 cun above the medial end of the patellar base, which is 1 cun above the Sea of Blood (SP-10) acupoint of the Spleen meridian. (This acupoint is a pair, one on each side)

Sit down and bend the knee. On the inner side of the thigh, 3 cun above the medial end of the patellar base, which is 1 transverse finger above the Sea of Blood (SP-10) acupoint (refer to "Sea of Blood"), is where this acupoint is located.
