Step 1: Extend the arm and stand the palm upright, clenching the fist firmly; Step 2: On the forearm, a prominent ridge can be seen on the thumb side (the radial wrist flexor tendon); Step 3: Divide the distance from the wrist crease to the elbow crease into three equal parts; Step 4: At the intersection of the lower one-third section, on both sides of this ridge, press firmly where there is a sour and swollen sensation, and this is where the acupoint is located.
