Headache, tinnitus, stiff neck, swollen cheeks, tuberculous lymphadenitis, epilepsy, elbow and arm pain, etc.

On the inner side of the elbow, in the depression between the ulnar olecranon and the medial epicondyle of the humerus, the acupoint is located with the elbow flexed. (This acupoint is paired, one on each side)

Step 1: Bend the elbow.
Step 2: Between the highest point of the elbow tip (ulnar olecranon) and the highest point of the inner elbow prominence (medial epicondyle of the humerus), you can feel a depression, which is the location of this acupoint.
