Located on the shoulder of the human body, directly above the posterior axillary crease, in the depression at the lower edge of the scapular spine. (This acupoint is paired, one on each side)
Sit upright with shoulders relaxed and arms adducted. Use your fingers to push vertically upward from the posterior axillary fold at the point of True Shoulder (SI-9) to the lower edge of a transverse bone (the spine of the scapula). The spot that feels sore and swollen when pressed is the location of this acupoint.
