In the scapular region, at the center of the suprascapular fossa, directly above Heavenly Gathering (SI-11) acupoint, there is a depression when the arm is raised. (This acupoint is paired, one on each side)

Sit upright. Directly above Heavenly Gathering (SI-11) acupoint(refer to "Heavenly Gathering"), cross over a diagonal bone (i.e., the scapular spine) to the midpoint of the depression, and apply firm pressure where there is a noticeable sensation of soreness and swelling, which is the location of this acupoint.
