Located on the lateral side of the neck, at the posterior edge of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, behind the Beside the Prominence (LI-18) acupoint, level with the Adam's apple. (This acupoint is paired, one on each side)

Sit upright with the head slightly tilted. At the posterior edge of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, level with the Adam's apple.
