On the face, in front of the tragus, behind the condylar process of the mandible, the depression is apparent when the mouth is opened. (This acupoint is paired, one on each side)

Step 1: Sit sideways with the mouth slightly open.
Step 2: Between the front of the tragus and the temporomandibular joint, you can feel a depression. When the mouth is closed, this depression is no longer apparent, and this is the location of this acupoint.
