On the radial side of the wrist crease, when the thumb is lifted upward, it is located in the depression between the short extensor tendon of the thumb and the long extensor tendon of the thumb. (This acupoint is paired, one on each side)
Step 1: Extend the arm with the palm facing down. Step 2: Lift the thumb upward, and a tendon will bulge in front of the wrist crease, which is the long extensor tendon of the thumb, while there is also a slightly bulging tendon along the edge of the palm, which is the short extensor tendon of the thumb. Step 3: The depression formed between the two tendons is the location of this acupoint.
