Elbow and arm pain, spasms, numbness, tuberculous lymphadenitis, etc.
On the lateral side of the arm, when the elbow is flexed, 1 cun above Pool at the Bend (LI-11) acupoint, at the edge of the humerus. (This acupoint is paired, one on each side)
Bend the elbow. Gently push from Pool at the Bend (LI-11) acupoint (refer to "Pool at the Bend") outward and upward to the edge of the lateral epicondyle of the humerus, where you will feel a depression, which is the location of this acupoint.
