Moxibustion Treatment

Premature ejaculation.

Symptom Analysis

Premature ejaculation refers to the occurrence of ejaculation before the penis enters the vagina, or shortly after penetration, before the female reaches orgasm, resulting in sexual disharmony. Premature ejaculation is categorized into organic and non-organic causes. Organic premature ejaculation is mainly caused by diseases such as prostatitis, while non-organic causes in men are primarily psychological, habitual, and due to conditions like an overly tight foreskin leading to rapid ejaculation.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, premature ejaculation falls under the category of "premature ejaculation." It is believed that when the kidneys are deficient and their sealing and storing functions are disordered, the yang energy in the kidneys is insufficient to hold the semen, leading to an inability to control ejaculation, thus resulting in premature ejaculation.

Moxibustion Acupoint Selection

Treatment Course

It is recommended to perform moxibustion once a day, targeting 2 to 3 acupoints each time, with each acupoint being treated for 30 to 40 minutes. Rotate the points treated, with a 10-day period constituting one course of treatment, and then rest for 2 to 3 days before continuing with the next course.

(If time permits and there is a need, more acupoints can be treated with moxibustion. The specific duration should be adjusted according to one's own physical needs.)

Life Tips

1. Moxibustion is effective in managing this condition, so patients should build confidence, maintain a good mental state, and eliminate worries.

2. Control sexual desire, abstain from masturbation, actively strengthen communication and interaction between spouses, and encourage and trust each other.
