Moxibustion Treatment

Solar Term Moxibustion: Vernal Equinox - Nourishing Yang in accordance with the season is most appropriate.

Symptom Analysis

Friday, March 20, 2020

Around the Vernal Equinox, although the weather has warmed up, there can still be a late cold spell in spring. The elderly and those with weak constitutions are prone to illness during this time, or may experience issues with the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, or gastrointestinal problems. Applying moxibustion to specific acupoints around the Vernal Equinox can not only invigorate Yang energy and unblock the meridians, promoting bowel movements, but also improve common chronic conditions in spring such as dizziness, back and waist pain, and cold stomach with abdominal bloating.
