Due to the patient's long-term lumbar muscle strain, improper posture of the waist before the attack, or exaggerated movements, when affected by wind and cold, it leads to spasmodic pain in the waist muscles.
Symptom Manifestations: Fixation in a certain posture, the waist cannot turn, and the pain intensifies with movement, and there are ecchymosis on the tongue.
It is recommended to perform moxibustion once a day, targeting 2 to 3 acupoints each time, with each acupoint being treated for 30 to 40 minutes. Rotate the points treated, with a 10-day period constituting one course of treatment, and then rest for 2 to 3 days before continuing with the next course.

1. After spraining, first apply cold compresses to stop bleeding, and after 24 hours, apply heat and moxibustion to help disperse the blood stasis.
