Female beauty enthusiasts fear the appearance of wrinkles on the face the most, yet as time passes and age increases, the emergence of facial wrinkles is inevitable. This is because after the age of 25, the skin's elastic and collagen fibers gradually undergo changes. Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that this is due to insufficient yin blood, loss of nourishment for the skin, and blood stasis obstruction, which leads to the skin losing its luster. Moxibustion, using a gentle method and selecting 3 to 4 acupoints from the following list for each session, can achieve the effects of nourishing yin and blood, moistening dryness and generating body fluids, dredging meridians, and hydrating the skin to reduce wrinkles.
It is recommended to perform moxibustion once a day, targeting 2 to 3 acupoints each time, with each acupoint being treated for 30 to 40 minutes. Rotate the points treated, with a 10-day period constituting one course of treatment, and then rest for 2 to 3 days before continuing with the next course. (If time permits and there is a need, more acupoints can be treated with moxibustion. The specific duration should be adjusted according to one's own physical needs.)
1. Massage the face frequently and avoid eating with the same side teeth for a long time. 3. Use skincare products reasonably, and apply some nourishing cream before going to bed at night. 4. Avoid using a pillow that is too high, and refrain from making the following movements frequently: propping your chin, picking your nose, toothpicking, biting your lips, whistling, squinting, and twisting your mouth. 5. Maintain a cheerful personality and be optimistic in the face of events. 6. Do not use oil that has been fried for cooking meat, fish, shellfish again, and avoid consuming too much salt. 7.
