Blood Stasis Constitution refers to a potential tendency for blood circulation to be impaired or a pathological basis for blood stasis within the body, characterized primarily by the manifestation of stasis. The most important reason for the formation of blood stasis is the lack of force in the movement of Qi. Selecting the following acupoints for moxibustion can regulate the flow of Qi, ensuring that Qi can promote blood circulation throughout the body, regulate the volume of blood flow, invigorate the blood, and provide sufficient energy, which allows the coagulated blood stasis to disperse and dissolve.
It is recommended to perform moxibustion once a day, targeting 2 to 3 acupoints each time, with each acupoint being treated for 30 to 40 minutes. Rotate the points treated, with a 10-day period constituting one course of treatment, and then rest for 2 to 3 days before continuing with the next course. (If time permits and there is a need, more acupoints can be treated with moxibustion. The specific duration should be adjusted according to one's own physical needs.)
1. Diet: Consume more foods like hawthorn, vinegar, and rose flowers, which help in promoting blood circulation and dissolving stasis. Limit the intake of fatty meats and other greasy foods that can hinder digestion and blood flow. 2. Exercise: Engage in various forms of dance, walking for fitness, and calisthenics to improve blood circulation and overall well-being.
