Moxibustion Treatment

Allergic rhinitis (allergic rhinitis).

Symptom Analysis

Allergic rhinitis, also known as allergic rhinitis, is a pathological condition of the nasal mucosa. It can cause a variety of complications. The main symptoms include nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion. The incidence of this disease shows seasonal changes and is more common in spring and autumn.

Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that allergic rhinitis is related to the body's immune system. In addition, kidney deficiency and wind-cold can also cause allergic rhinitis. Applying moxibustion to the relevant acupoints can dispel wind-cold, enhance the body's resistance, and improve symptoms.

Treatment Course

It is recommended to perform moxibustion once a day, targeting 2 to 3 acupoints each time, with each acupoint being treated for 30 to 40 minutes. Rotate the points treated, with a 10-day period constituting one course of treatment, and then rest for 2 to 3 days before continuing with the next course.

(If time permits and there is a need, more acupoints can be treated with moxibustion. The specific duration should be adjusted according to one's own physical needs.)
